Event Description:
Prior to this date, withdrawals may be completed online via Student Portal using the Registration & Planning - College Scheduler link. After this date, withdrawal permission is at the discretion of the instructor. If permission is granted, complete the Withdrawal Request Form located on the Records/Registration page. Instructor signatures must be included. Submit completed forms to the Records & Registration Department (records@lakemichigancollege.edu).
