Lake Michigan College has been named a 2025 Handshake Career SPARK Award Winner—a recognition given to the top career centers nationwide helping students connect with meaningful opportunities. But this success isn’t just about us—it’s about all of us. Faculty and Staff are invited to join the Career Services team for a roundtable conversation where we unpack what earned LMC this honor, explore the criteria that set us apart, and discuss how each of us plays a role in preparing students for life after graduation. We’ll also introduce Focus 2 Career, our newest tool designed to help students identify career paths aligned with their interests, strengths, and values. Come ready to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate on how we can keep LMC a place where student success truly takes off, on campus and beyond. All Faculty and Staff are invited.
